I don't think we lose conditioning that fast. My strength is okay, but not great. I haven't been eating all that well. Too much junk. Plus, not enough (or quality) sleep. I think those last two are key. Of course, it all adds up to a lack of motivation (or is that the cause?). Anyhow, the factors all add up to "blah." I'm better today. Raring to go!

Lunchtime workout. Ugh
Today's a fat loss day. Low cal, low carb. Try to burn lots of calories. I did that.
The details are unimportant, but I did a lot. The goal was to do sets of 15-20 reps in a big ol' circuit, never to failure, but 2-3 short. 3 rounds or more of each circuit (C).
C1: Hang Cleans, Narrow Pushups on bench, Goblet Squats, BB BO Rows
C2: Lunges, Mixed Grip Pulldowns, RDLs, Wide Pushups on bench
C3: Leg Extension, Standing Calf Raise, Wall Curls, GHR (but, not 20. More like 5).
I just kept doing stuff until I was outta time or energy. No rest except walking time.
Side note. 24 Hour got a GHR machine. Not the best, but it's better than the ones on the floor. I can do 5. Not good. The funny part was watching the trainers get the lightbulb over their heads. I guess they thought it was just a lame back extension machine.

I think with my bodyweight it will be a while before I try GHRs - still, I've at least seen one so I think I'd know what one looks like.

That GHR is something. I'm a bit sore in the back of my legs, today. Glutes are good, though.
Gotta keep these up. 5 is pathetic.

Nice!!
Just curious, do you alternate shoulders on the sandbag shouldering?

I'm sure that workout really improved your reputation with the neighbors:
"What's he doing?"
"Dunno, looks like he's trying to break open that bag by throwing it on the floor."
"Well he's been at it for three minutes. Can't he see it's not working?"

What's funny is that it looks like a basketball (only it's soft and weights 10lbs). So, they probably don't know wtf I'm up to.
Some guy did walk by during the sandbag shouldering, which probably looks really dumb. Hoist a bag onto your shoulder, drop it, repeat 9 more times. Why would someone do that?

Maybe they just think you like to play with really heavy, really tough piñatas. One day all that candy will be yours!

it isn't the lifting - its the muttering "g-d it Helen - stop wiggling or I'll drop you again"

So let's see - if someone was watching this from a distance they'd see you lifting something heavy over your head, then dump the body on the ground where you can beat it into a pulp. Serial killer training at its finest.
