Congrats, Roland.
No, doing aerobics doesn't make you gay. But those videos are damn funny.

Right. It's competing in the aerobics championships that does it.

Don't bulk up too much, you will lose your flexibility and won't be able to do those high can-can kicks.

Workout after work...
A, DB Clean & Push Press, 5x5, 75
B1, Zercher Squats, 5x5, 205
B2, BB BO Row, 5x5, 185
C1, Renegade Rows, 25lbs, 3xMax (6/8/8)
C2, Overhead Shrugs, 75lbs, 3x12
The zercher squats were soooo hard. Each set was almost the last set, but I managed to make it through.
That is all. Just got back from my friend's 40th birthday party and I'm off to bed.

Bootcamp instructor, awesome!
So you'd be looking to make fitness a full time thing if it all works out right?

Here's my plan. Subject to change without notice.
I love my current job, and I've actually just changed positions from the technical side to the sales side. Two weeks back, I was the sales focused tech guy, now I'm the technical sales guy. Subtle change to the viewing audience, but at Xerox, it's a bit change. Anyhow, I love it, so plan to keep that going strong.
I'd like to do the fitness and nutrition thing part time, which includes training a few people a week and counseling them on nutrition, as well. A bootcamp type group training is my preferred style, I think. At least to start out.
There are some other things, too. But, I'll have to see how that workload plays out. I love to cook, and I find it simple and easy. I would love to hold classes on healthy cooking. The ones that I've looked into aren't healthy, IMO.

I wish I could find some good cooking classes here - even somewhat unhealthy ones.

I can't believe that when I left for a week, your log turned into the super-gay happy fun aerobics hotspot.
I'm bringing testosterone back.

OMG! I finally get some time in here and this is what I find? Here I was feeling kind of lame with my boot camp resistance band workouts and now it seems the entire world is going to heck...

It's so much easier to eat at a big ol' deficit on work days. The weekends suck for dieting!

C1, Chins, 3x5, +25, 5/5/4

Those are some pretty good numeros for your cleans and snatches, my friend...
Your neighborhood on fire yet? It's all sorts of smokey/hazy up in the Bay area.

How are you already doing that much with the left arm after a year of letting it hang limply and ache? Freak.

Thanks. No smoke or fire that I can see. Where is it supposed to be?

My left is still a bit weaker, but it was weaker before the year of nothing, too. The snatches and cleans are more of a power from the hips and ass kinda thing. A good shrug at the right time, of course.
I'm not really sure why I didn't lose any strength in pressing. Maybe the pushups were enough to keep me were I was?

There are about 800 fires burning within a three hour radius of me. Nothing in So Cal, huh? Lucky...
