I was going back and forth a lot. But, here I am. Of course, we'll never really know whether we landed in the right or wrong world, will we?

I plan a real workout today. 2 full body workouts a week is my minimum right now. Anything else is fluff. I spent the weekend playing and cleaning, instead.

In bizarro world I have a different avatar. So I always know where I am at.

Freakin' brilliant. I didn't think of that. I was going to suggest that they give the bizzaro JPfitness a different logo, so we'd always know.

Uh. is the time/space shifting done? It hasn't happened since Saturday, but I've been out. Curious.

It should be. I think Otto can still get there, but he has to do it on purpose.

Now he really IS the keymaster...

Actually it was done unintentionally. I didn't realize that Bizzaro world was going on.

I just realized that this morning - someone else had a different avatar depending on the universe they were in... Ah well maybe next time.

Where the heck are your pics? Are they over in the mens' challenge thread? I'll check over there just in case. If not, get your ass in gear.

I think they must have gotten lost in the alternate universe... Must repost...

Tonight's workout was very hard. Very hard.

I'm always all over the place with my notation style.

A, DB Hang Cleans, 5x3 per side, 90lbs
B, DB Hang Snatch, target 5x4 per side, 75lbs, actual reps 4/4/3/3/3
C1, Alternating DB Bench, 5x5, 70+ (+ means increase next time)
C2, Chinups, 5x5, +25, actual 3x5/2x4
D1, Facepulls, 3x15-20, 85+
D2, Goblet Squats, 3x15-20, 55, actual 20/17/17 (OMG)

I went a little heavy on the cleans and ended up taking away from my snatches. Oh well. It's all good...

Goblet squats finisher was terrible. I thought I was going to fall down at the end. Legs were shaking.

With your hang cleans the bros must have been very impressed with your curls. Hell, I'm impressed knowing that they're cleans.

I have a dream... to do a bootcamp on the weekends. maybe a morning or two. My bootcamp will kick some frickin ass compared to the bootcamps around here. The dream is actually very detailed and will lead to a veritable empire for me.

Actually, this is phase one of my plan to take my hobby to the next level. Which, btw, should have started last year, but I was a slacker and was afraid to put myself out there.

Phase one is to just teach some bootcamps for a bit, just to say I did them. Maybe get a little cert in this area, too. (Roland may end up a Certified Aerobics Instructor?!?! Our little secret, right?)

Phase two is to actually have bootcamps of my own and make some dough off them. Help people, with a little more structure than what they get now when they show up at the gym to take whatever class is about to start...

Anywho... I had an "audition" tonight. One hour of brutal "Body Works Plus Abs" class and an hour of bootcamp conditioning class. The bootcamp was fun, but very hard. The Bodyworks class was basically an hour of conditioning work with 12lbs dbs. Ugh.

I passed the audition, so it's just wait and see if I get the timeslot.

I have my CPR recertification on Monday night, too.

Oh. The two hours WAS my workout. I'm toast.

I got it bad, so bad. I'm hot for the teacher.

That's what authority is about. "You're a good instructor" "Show me your boobies" "Will it help?" "Definitely"

Must have pics once you shoehorn him into it! (The unitard, not the daisy chain.)

Very cool on the bootcamp thing, Roland. If TV has not led us astray, male fitness instructors are always either 1) gay, or 2) very laid, very often. I'd go with option #2 but that's just me.
