No ... no guilt ... why fool yourself that you didn't have that lick off the peanut butter spoon? Is it really calorie-free?

I do lick the spoon. But, if I don't, I won't get the cals I think I'm taking in and go into starvation mode and get fat.

Then your ass ain't sore, then? Good for you, because mine's still hurtin' I did knock out a workout yesterday though. Just because I was in withdrawal...

Ross's Magic 50
50lbs db, 5 rounds
5 Snatch, L
5 Snatch, R
5 Swing, L
5 Swing, R
10 Burpees
11:12 - OMG Kill me now.
One Handed Farmer's Walks, 115, 3xMax Seconds

Right, 32/31/18

He's going for the Steve Cotter forearm composition.
And by the way, LD, I did my own kick-ass workout yesterday, thank you very much

Hey, I was up to 45 pounders today. Not full-on Sally anymore. More like an East German woman from the 1960s. Well, maybe not
that strong. Maybe at least a Swedish tomboy with above-average strength?
We can't all be stigmata buttboys.

I'm way confused.
I posted the stuff that RL and Phaedrus responded to. Then that was all gone. I posted it again, at which time Julie's awkwardly placed "sally" appeared, seemingly out of no where. Then, that was gone, too (my 2nd attempt and Julie's wit). I posted the WTF? and went to the gym. I get back and my WTF and Julie's WTF are there still, but nothing else. I go to post AGAIN and everything comes back EXCEPT my 2nd post of yesterday's workout (which I'd deleted as a duplicate, earlier). Crap. My head is spinning.

Tonight's workout
A, DB Clean & Push Press, 5x5, 65/70/75/75/75
B1, Single Leg Squat onto bench, 5xMax (3/2/2/2) - laughable. pathetic.
B2, BB BO Row, 5x5, 155/175/185/185/185
C1, Overhead Shrug, 3x12, 75
C2, Single Leg RDL (2 DBs), 3x12 per leg, 25
My single leggedness is sorta lame. I can do split squats, lunges, reverse lunges, and step ups, but I was pathetic on the single leg squats. I even needed a 25lbs plate at arms length. The RDLs were super shaky, too. Not as bad as the squats, but still. Work to do. Ugh.
The DB Clean and Push Presses were almost a total workout. I could've stopped and been pretty well done. They were brutal.

I noticed the same thing to day in the "Fat Loss Troubleshooting" thread, posts appearing and disappearing, then appearing again.
Maybe I picked the wrong time to stop sniffing glue
