Hey Roland, finally made it over here to visit your space. Nice workouts, congrats on the PR's!! Well I'm glad there are nice guys like you in the world! Honestly a friend of mine would have to beg me to help them move, I hate it so much, I would never volunteer so no fear of me being a 'no show'. I will however show up with something homemade and yummay and don't mind giving a shoulder for someone to cry on. Anyhooters, I think we are like fine wine as we age, we get mellower and more expensive!!

Another of the pedanticisms: in the 1960s sixties were old, but by the 90s middle age last into the mid 70s if you are lucky and don't get a debilitating disease. Some people make it into the early 80s before they are old.
I have treated OLD 40 year olds (they look, feel, and act old) ...
And I have treated YOUNG 90 year olds (I used to love the ones who would come in and say something like, "My knee hurts and it is affecting my golf game! I golf 36 holes a day carrying my bag and walking and my knee is starting to affect my ability to do that." God bless them.)
I plan on being one of the YOUNG elderly!

So, is it "never trust anyone over 50" now?
Workout time.
Although, it was hard to hit the gym early because the weather was sooo nice. It was a bit hot, but I was liking it. It was 97 at one point. Beautiful day today, and still is. Now, I'm sitting on the balcony, smoking a big cigar and sipping some ice coffee. I am 100% alone. Complete silence. Good stuff.
A1, Chinups, 10x3 (35)
A2, DB Bench, 10x3 (75)
B, Squat, 10x3 (255)
All on Freemotion thing
C1, Leaning Cable Curls, 3x8-10 (70)
C2, Cable Ext Rotation, 2x10-12 (30)
C3, Single Arm Pullover w/stretch at top, 2x10-12 (30)
You boomers get to call this - as a (non bitter) member of the silent generation we all have listened - you all thought
"You boomers"? Generation X started in 1964-1965. The folks in their early 40s and younger aren't boomers.

Hey I am a boomer! But I am a young'un born in 1963 just before they switched over to Xers and I feel younger now than I did when I was in my early 30s. I would say 20s but that was such a blur and so long ago..... (sigh...)
I like this last workout Roland and the 10x3 sets. Your squat numbers are kick'n ass too.

Mmmm... cigar... haven't had a good one of those since New Year's Eve. Personally a fan of Cuesta Rey Centro Fino #10 (old boss turned me on to those).
