Do it! Those ones are really indoor shoes, so you have to be into yoga or indoor training on those. I think yoga people would be very accepting...

And if they aren't they're a whole lot easier to bend into pretzels.

Not the best time for a beach workout, but who knew there was a tsunami warning... nothing happened, though.

Warmup/Mobility

KB Snatches, 16kg, lots

KB Clean and Jerks, 16kg, some

KB Jerks, 24kg (10/6/6) - each hand

5 circuits of...
10 inverted rows
10 goblet squats
10 pushups
10 swings, each hand
sprint

The circuits were really hard. Chris lapped the rest of us.

Until you've overhead squatted a Volkswagen while spinning inside an F5 tornado with both your femurs sticking out, don't talk to me about workout timing!

[/shugart]

Those circuits looked right up your alley with movements you are strong in already. Was it a rough night or was Chris just that awesome?

It was my anaconda.

Tony injured his climbing ropes before the circuits, and I don't know what happened to Roland's....

I looked all over Target for Tab or Faygo Diet Red Pop. No luck. I did score some Diet Squirt. Not as good as Fresca. Just so you know.

Ha! I'm working up the VW!

Chris is definitely more conditioned than me right now. Stronger, too. When I'm done serial dieting, we'll see how things pickup. Until then, I follow in his shadow. 1 lap behind.

Diet Squirt doesn't sound much better either.

I'm gonna make a drink named "Black Axe Lazer Football" just to balance things out.

B. Press, 24kg, 5 singles on each side

C1, Snatch, 24kg, 5/4/3

D, Jerk, 24kg, 5/5/5

E, Swings w/pull, 24kg, 10 each hand x 2

A colleague is thinking of a brew called American Beer. "Because we're American!" - the marketing will be brilliant.

Morpheus didn't belong on that list. His most famous scene in the first movie is when he was chained in a chair, drooling. If that's being a hero then I should be on the list too.

I hate that feeling, too. I got used to in after a few days. Now I don't realize the stuff is between my toes.
