Wow, those are almost attractive. I have been contemplating my first pair of five fingers, and those may push me over the edge. I did get sized so I can buy online.
Do it! Those ones are really indoor shoes, so you have to be into yoga or indoor training on those. I think yoga people would be very accepting...

I wish I didn't know better on sugar these days, cuz a Cactus Cooler sounds really good!
Not the best time for a beach workout, but who knew there was a tsunami warning... nothing happened, though.

Until you've overhead squatted a Volkswagen while spinning inside an F5 tornado with both your femurs sticking out, don't talk to me about workout timing!

Those circuits looked right up your alley with movements you are strong in already. Was it a rough night or was Chris just that awesome?

Tony injured his climbing ropes before the circuits, and I don't know what happened to Roland's....

Thanks Jane! Since Faygo is a MI-based company I think I can find it somewhere. I was just suprised that Target didn't carry it, but I'm sure a big grocery store like Kroger or Meijer might. Tina may consider ordering it online since I doubt they have Faygo in Cali. Do they?

Ha! I'm working up the VW!
Chris is definitely more conditioned than me right now. Stronger, too. When I'm done serial dieting, we'll see how things pickup. Until then, I follow in his shadow. 1 lap behind.

I tried to go ocean kayaking today, but it was VERY windy. So mt bike riding, instead. It was nice enough out, but ending on an uphill, riding into the wind was tough.
A little later, I came home and had a short KB workout.
warmup/mobility
A, Swings, 24kg, 25 each hand
B. Press, 24kg, 5 singles on each side
C1, Snatch, 24kg, 5/4/3
C2, OH Lunge, 16kg, 5/4/3 - per leg, then switch hands and repeat
Bring a coupla your KBs tomorrow. Danael is going to join us, so I've gotta plan something to top last week. mwahahaha

I'm gonna make a drink named "Black Axe Lazer Football" just to balance things out.
ooh I'll drink that...no added sugar right?
A colleague is thinking of a brew called American Beer. "Because we're American!" - the marketing will be brilliant.

Morpheus didn't belong on that list. His most famous scene in the first movie is when he was chained in a chair, drooling. If that's being a hero then I should be on the list too.

I hate that feeling, too. I got used to in after a few days. Now I don't realize the stuff is between my toes.
