That's what I was thinking, Roland.......them watching the show AFTER the fact and seeing what was going on! The finale/reunion show should be a good one!
I think all those people are back and watching all these week by week. I'm sure they're fuming.
I didn't mobilize as well as I could have. It was super hot and crowded in the gym. I went right after work because it was pretty much the only chance... I tried, but ended up doing a lot of "in place" warming up.
I'm liking Russell, even though he's an asshole. He's entertaining! I hate Jasmin (Yasmin?). I think she was way more of a bitch than Ben was an asshole. If I would have been Ben, I would have said a lot more than he did!
But at least Ben let his a-hole-ness shine... I hate deceitful liars, so Russell still sucks even more, IMHO.
I was not so much about the knee kicking or the tackle...personally I would have encouraged a tackle from a guy, I prefer to be treated equal and would have returned the favor (that's my choice tho
My main problem was mostly with the amazingly disgusting/racist things he had to say afterwards.
A, DB Snatch, 80 (2/2/2/2) - per side. I feel totally weak in the explosive power dept. Weird considering how much I ate yesterday. Pizza, cookies, and Red Vines are power foods, right? And meat.
B, SB Shoulders, 85 (10/10)
Had to go inside to help my sick kids with stuff. Then Tony and I fixed the fountain in the yard. Then the park. Then Slurpee time.
Back to the yard for more workout.
A1, DB 1 Handed Floor Press, 80 (4/4/3) - only 3 on the left side. barely...
A2, SB Overhead Hurls, 85 (6/4/4) - explosively hurl them from the floor to behind me
B1, DB Row, 100 (3/3/3/3)
B2, SB Shoulder to Alt Reverse Lunge, 115 (4/4/4/4) - Shoulder, rev lunge left, rev lunge right, drop bag, that's one rep. repeat, alternating shoulders.
C, SB Carry, 115 (run up and back 3 times, 3 sets) - OMG
Great workout, but it was hard to start, easy to stop that first go around. The crap food from yesterday (not the food as much as how much, I think) took a mighty toll... I'm feeling better.
Pizza, cookies, and Red Vines are power foods, right? And meat.
Nice work my man!! That's what I'm talking about.
Thinking about planning the Tuesday night training menu - perhaps some sort of timed GS work for reps, or EDT style. What say you?

I forgot to write down the mobility stuff, so just in case the mobility police are reading, I did mucho mobility before that workout.
I also did plenty of painful prying and a lot of windmills. Windmills are getting better, but it takes concentration to get them with any sort of weight in my hand.

I ate 'okay' on Saturday and great, yesterday. I'm 178 again, today. Ready to be good for a few days, at least. I am happy that I'm not eating so poorly that I backslide.
I think my "too much food" days are getting me at or just close to maintenance. Except for Friday night (15 guys, 30 guys worth of pizza, and Gladiator on screen), where it was like I couldn't eat the pizza fast enough. ...or the cookies. ...or the Red Vines. I took it easy on the popcorn, but there was some of that, too. And little Heath bars. And Diet Dr. Pepper.
I made food for the week last night, so I think I'm good to go for a few days.
For those of us who are this old, I had a blast from the past the other night. Tab cola. Complete with Saccharin! It was maybe too sweet, but good stuff! It tasted more like sugar than a lot of modern drinks. Stupid rats ruined saccharin for everybody!

Wow, those are almost attractive. I have been contemplating my first pair of five fingers, and those may push me over the edge. I did get sized so I can buy online.
