Unfortunately, Disneyland is a MUST if this goes down.

Absolutely! We just won't stay at the Disneyland Hotel if we're on a budget.

Is this the tourist equivalent of chicks never having to buy their own drinks at a bar?

This weekend I got my IKFF Certification. IKFF is Steve Cotter's organization. I'm now an IKFF-CKT (Certified Kettlebell Trainer).

It was a brutal two days of kettlebells, with tons of work. My hands, glutes, traps, and neck are toast.

Steve was awesome, as usual. He's a very nice and generous man and did all sorts of amazing tricks, too. His partner, Ken Blackburn, and training team are great to work with. I'm hoping for some video from some of the guys. One of the trainers, John, snatch a 135lb girl from the ground to overhead. Slightly impressive.

It was nice to go through training with a few people I know from up in Santa Monica. Chris came by on Saturday to train with us, too.

More to come. Too tired to think and type. Veg time.

Thanks!

I'm shockingly beat up, today. Moving around seems to help. I think I'll attempt some mobility stuff in a bit. See if it helps.

I'm going to keep eating a little more today. I gave the training priority, this weekend, but I still feel pretty good. The IF really seemed to help. I'm able to work through long training days without the constant food of before.

Congrats Roland! Man, that chick looked pretty jakt in that video. Just get Galya in a bikini and take her to the beach w/the kettlebells and get a workout going and tell everyone - yeah, she got looking like this simply through these simple moves. It's all about Roland, Celebrity Trainer.

Had a nice little workout in the yard.

EXTENSIVE mobility

A1, 1 Hand DB Floor Press, 75 (3/3/3)
A2, TRX Rows/from flat (5/5/6)
A3, SB Reverse Lunges, 85 (10/10/10)

B, Sled pulls, backward, yard length x 6

C1, Cinderblock Pushups (12/12/12)
C2, Sled Rows - yard length x2
C3, OH SB Walks, 35lbs -yard length per hand

The workout really knocked the soreness outta me.

Hey Roland, I relayed a vid of big John snatching Alice on Facebook. Go check it.

Scot, Alice and the rest were still beat up today. hahaha I knew you guys were gonna get worked on Sunday. Such a good time.

It's a new world huh?

So tomorrow evening show me the mobility stuff you guys did on Sunday and we'll work on some of the things you did at the cert.
