ugh. This has been going on all afternoon. I'm thinking it might be a sign of not eating enough after yesterday's workout. I felt a little like this, last night so I went to bed. I was starving when I got up, but felt better after coffee, then lunch triggered that shaky, starving feeling.
It seems like a lot to put your body through. You need a sammich

I ended up eating more than my planned low days, but not above my higher days. Things calmed down, but it took eating and waiting, waiting, waiting, and more waiting.
Today's weigh-in was not a pleasing one. I know it's not linear AND there's no way I ate enough for this type of change, but I liked the downward trend. It is what it is.
183 lbs
I like that I can see positive changes in the belly, lower back, and love handle areas. I wish my face would stop getting thinner, though.

This is the type of crap that happens when I am not in your kitchen.

I've been thinking about the competition in a few days. It might be time to up calories. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you to have fun and hopefully win I wish I could be there to cheer your run
When I said that, they called me anorexic and gave me Zanex.
Interestingly, the Zanex mixed really well with the diet pills (phen-pen) and Loricet that I was buying from the local pill pusher.
That will teach them to call me names LOL
How can you lose 'loose' skin? I guess that confuses me about as well as anything does.
While I do believe in loose skin, I don't believe I really have it. I have fat under the surface of the skin, keeping it "loose,"

I'm increasing calories now! Your wish is my command.

Good advice Galya. I came in here to remind Roland to start eating again so he won't crash whilst climbing rope tomorrow and take all the skin off his inner thighs.
Get ready to pull rope!
