Thanks, Tom. It was great to finally meet you! I wish we'd had more time and been able to join you at the gym! Next year!

Thanks, John. We gotta keep this up! It's getting to be a habit.

Next year, Rob. But, I'll skype her from across the room and let her know.

BSS aren't a problem, except for the balancing parts.

We ran a bit last night. I don't know how far. To the stairs, then did the stairs a few times, then ran back. Galya's really fast on the flats for someone so little.
Before the torture of running, we did some trx stuff down at the beach. Mostly screwing around, but it was fun. Her first TRX experience, so I was gentle.
TRX pushups
TRX rows
TRX Row Gone Bad
Atomic Pushups
Galya tried desperately to find a way to do trx tricep kickbacks, but it was futile.
Then, some MB throws and some sand hill sprints (where I totally dominated).
Cause Roland couldn't have cropped said chopper out.
How did she like the TRX?

yay!! what a blast you two are having! the T in TRX stands for torture for sure. congrats on the running.
The T is for tumbling. As in tumbling into the sand when you lose your balance.

Thanks, Tony. I was recently told that I no longer look skinny and now look like I lift weights.
Workout, last night!
A, Chinups (13/7/6)
B, One Arm Bent Over Cable Press, 70 (15), 80 (15), 90 (10)
C, Renegade Rows, 35 (8), 45 (8/6)
D, One Leg Leg Presses, 70 (12), 90 (10), 110 (8)
E, DB Clean and Press, 75 (5/5/5)
I'd forgotten that you started shaving your head. I remember the weining out on that one for quite some time
I even got a Headblade, which actually does work better for me than Mach III. Mostly because it's almost foolproof. You just set it down on your head and roll it back.
They sell their own blades, but they seem like they must be OEM standard blades. They come with adapters for 2 or 3 blade cartridges, so unless you're addicted to a specific brand, it could work for most people. I think I'm using generic Sensa-3 blades right now. They seem about the same as the Headblade blades that came with the thing.

Huge, long, fun day, yesterday. Training, then off to mom's to take a long walk down at the beach, gelato, coffee, chinese food, bookstore, sleep.
Here's the workout, from what I remember. The days of winging it are probaby over, since Galya got her actual workout plan from Bill. I'm sure he knows what he's doing...
A, Rack Pulls, just above knee, 365 (8/8/7)
B, Military Press, 105 (8/7), 95 (9)
C, DB Rows, 80 (8/8/8)
D, FM Standing Cable Press, 70 (10/10/8+2)
E, Practice for Chris's Couples Fitness Competition.

I was disoriented when I read this and had this image in my mind:
Sorry about that.
Hi, Roland! Haven't said hello since Summit. It was great to meet you in person.
I'm thinking of coming out to the couple's competition--do you have the info?
Sounds/looks like you two are having fun!!
(Jealous ... the only exercises my SO is doing are quad sets and heel slides!! But at least he's exercising, right?!)
