I'm in Virginia. I don't think it would fit in the overhead compartment on the way back.

I thought of your story. The neighbor did come out of his/her room. I'm assuming to see what was up, but nothing happened. But, I was working out at around 7:30 at night.

They probably just thought someone was gettin' bizay, hotel-style.

Can you tell he's the parent of two small children?
And now a question for the resident creative chef: if I were to spike homemade pancakes with protein powder should I increase the fluid in the recipe? And if so, would I do the egg or the milk? And should I decrease the flour (50/50)?

It's been awhile and I don't spike my kids pancakes anymore, as they can instantly detect even the smallest amount of powder.
What I used to do was replace the milk with premixed protein powder and water or milk. Once it's roughly the consistency of milk, it works about the same. I left the other things about the same, but if you put sugar in your batter, you might be able to leave that out.
Luckily, though, pancakes and waffles aren't as picky as other "baked" goods.
The training center here has an okay gym, so I was able to workout last night. It's mostly machines (really lame ones) and cardio stuff. But, there are some benches, BBs, DBs in strange weights (2, 8, 10, 30, 35, 45, 55, then a single rusty db in 60, 65, 70, 75 (bent), and 80). There's a nice machine that's similar in concept to a freemotion machine, too (but old). There's space I can use to deadlift, so that's tonight or tomorrow.
I thought something was wrong with me. I was squatting on the sled and felt really weak. One plate on each side, plus the 75lbs sled and I was struggling to get 6 reps. I figured it must be some weird leverage thing with the sled. After all, the plates clearly say 45 on the side. Uh yeah. 45 kilograms! I didn't know they even made 100lbs plates!
Wish I could toss around 45 KG plates with reckless abandon...

The plates were already on the sled. I though that 90lbs was good for a warmup, so I left them, not realizing that I was really warming up with 270lbs. My bad.
Lost Dog! Do you have a wide squat stance?! I do! I have a habit of my foot going up and down when I do too! It's so annoying! What advice do you have?!
Sorry to interupt but what is the TRX? It look like a good workout???
