Goal = At least 9 vege + fruit servings per day
Week 1 & 2 (8/27 - 9/9): Full Compliance
9/10 - 7 veges, 4 fruit = 10
9/11 - 7 veges, 2 fruit = 10
9/12 - 7 veges, 2 fruit = 9
9/13 - 6 veges, 2 fruit = 8
9/14 - 7 veges, 3 fruit = 10
I coulda done it on the 12th....Really!. Somehow I miscounted that day and only realized my error the next morning when I entered what I had eaten in my food log. What a Doof.

Looks like we've got a few for the Dietary Compliance. Any others interested? Where's Tina?
I'm thinking we start on Monday. Monday-Sunday is how I typically schedule my week, anyway.
I'm doing a little calorie cycling, too. I'll have to post my cycle rules and the daily numbers so you all can see.

I'm with you! Monday works just fine - though I'm leaving on a trip and calorie counting will be tough. I'll make it work though!

Fine, I'm in.
I'm ACTUALLY thinking about the anabolic diet at this point... I really need to get my calories up to a "normal" level, and I think the fat feast would get it there.
I'll have a plan by tomorrow evening.

Julie, this is by far the most overtly premenstrual post I have EVER seen from you...
Hope that bitch mother nature gives you a break. I hate her, too...

I feel your pain, Julie. I've realized just how much AF really f'cks with my back. Now that it's almost gone?....my back feels absolutely normal again. It's as if it never happened. What's up with that???!!!
I'm in on the new challenge, too. Just don't know what I'll do yet. I do know that I just want to get back on track with my workouts and goal tracking that was going so well before my back revolted. I haven't even tracked my eats for the past few days. Mostly clean except for a couple cheats....man, were they good!

Okay. I'm thinking that in order to be in on this, the diet has to be tough. If you can just do it, then just do it. If the thing is so hard that you almost cry at the thought of eating like that to reach your f'ing goals, then sign up.
If you can get it down to a formula or rules that we can all see and get and get behind, then sign up. My last diet plan (the start of my 21 days of crappy eating) would not have passed muster. "Relax about my diet" is not a diet plan. It's a holiday. Maybe it's necessary, but it's still not eligible.
If you can somehow log/track your food, macros, calories and the times when you aren't compliant, and post all that here, then sign up.
It's 6 weeks. Just STRICT dietary compliance, for this one. Starts Tuesday. I should make Tina post the new thread since she's got the toughest diet going. The Anabolic Diet. She's going to kick her own ass for the next two weeks on the break-in for the AD, so don't be messin' with her.
It ends a day or so before Halloween. You can eat candy or not, two days later. Until then, don't. Or don't plan to, so when you do, you will lose the challenge.
Rant over.
My kids won't stop talking. All day. constantly. About nothing at all, mostly. It must stop. It has effected my mood and patience levels to the extreme. They are talking to me now. I just told them that they can keep talking, but that I can't afford to pay attention anymore. Yet, they continue. 2nd rant over.

I'll think about this tomorrow so I can come up with quantifications for what I want to do..... I should be able to post from the airport, but it'll give me something to at least think about on the way across town.

I don't think this applies to me ... so count me out. I'll just keep doing my own thing ... Have fun!

I'm out - I have to experiment with my diet to figure out why the numbers on the scale haven't been going down.

Goal = At least 9 vege + fruit servings per day
Week 1 & 2 (8/27 - 9/9): Full Compliance
9/10 - 7 veges, 4 fruit = 10
9/11 - 7 veges, 2 fruit = 10
9/12 - 7 veges, 2 fruit = 9
9/14 - 7 veges, 3 fruit = 10
9/15 - 8 veges, 3 fruit = 11
9/16 - 8 veges, 3 fruit = 11
Missed a perfect run by 1 serving of either fruit or vege.....
I'm going to sit out the next challenge. After working through individualization in PN, I have my diet right where I want it, including my sat/poly/mono fat splits, and participating would result in something very similar to this challenge. I'll either nail it or miss it by an insignificant hair. I really don't need another place to log this stuff either. Besides...... Gotta give everyone else a chance to win...
