The problem is that it's naturally easy for me and RW to eat the same things on the weekend when we're all together. But this doesn't work when we have different body composition goals.

I know, it'd all be easier if I just joined the fat loss parade. Sorry!

He's right he does. And I wasn't trying to blame him, I was just noticing that it has become increasingly hard for me to maintain some form of reality on the weekend.

3/3 working out days
3/3 carrying food days (although I think I'm back to wanting to gnaw my arm off again).

Yesterday: Exercise = check; eating = check;

Today: Exercise = check (went up on almost all my weight); eating = check (instead of eating my pusketti over pasta, I'm eating it over a pusketti squash...yeah me for remembering the squash!)

I need a do-over, or a mulligan like Julie says. I think we need another challenge once this challenge is done. Plus, I think we need to sweeten the pot a little. Anyone interested in a little wager?

Jill, Jill, Jill, always asking for trouble aren't ya?? I am a terrible risk taker! Don't tease me!

As for today, there was no workout, but I did avoid all cravings for something sweet, unlike my fritter friend. Take care, Roland!

Thanks! If I had a fritter, it was good...

I'm up for a wager. I'm thinking that we need some clear way to know who all lost to me, though. There can be no questions. Ideas? Simple, though. No algorithms.

Then whoever is in, antes up some dough. Winner gets their choice of fitness related purchases. Not that I need another TRX, but we could shoot for that sorta money. Around $200, total. I could use KBs, but we'll just miss the end of the Performbetter.com summer sale... Too bad. There are plenty of books, bands, etc. that I could use. Some of you could try for the MM or IO bundle, for instance.

What do you think? Ideas for rules and guidelines?
