Lance, what happened that they weren't good? Just curious!
Good going on the food prep, Paula!

The only bad experience I've ever had with sweet potatoes is when a friend made them and used pineapple to sweeten them. It sounds like a good idea... but it's not.

It was a long time ago, as in I was a kid. Not sure, but I never liked them then. And I've been hesitant to try them since. It's probably psycological now, and if I tried them it would be fine. Kind of like broccoli. Never liked it when I was young, now I eat it all the time. Guess I've just got to bite the bullet and try it again!

Your photos are great - you are smiling more and I see way better posture from certain angles. And you're still shrinkin'!

mmm the scale says I am not shrinking but then we know that scales are ass. That being said, I've made the commitment to myself to carry my lunch this week. It was a good thing for me for the challenge and it just helps me stay focused on my goal.

Next week is my first business trip for my new job. Looking forward to BW only for the majority of the week.
Roland has given me some good ideas.
now I just have to figure out the food aspect of this since I won't be able to track all that much.

I get the dingaling award (which explains why I was sooooo freaking hungry this afternoon). I forgot to pack my afternoon chicken.... I got off the bus and had to go get cat food so I decided to pick up some meatloaf. Got home and was able to rearrange my menu to fit the meat loaf, still get some chicken in to up my protein for the day, and still have my sweet potatoes and veggies No Problem
I need to start packing everything at night and figuring out what goes with which meal because that's how I missed the chicken.
