NICE!!! Way to go on showing them how it's done ... and let me guess ... the guys on the machines were reading the newspaper?!

Yeah... they do. I always sleep like a rock when I lift at night. I had to start lifting earlier so I could get to bed earlier. But with switching my lifting schedule around to morning, I don't have an option for napping.

Oh yeah. One was hunched over on the treadmill reading something . He did like one weight exercise and then climbed onto the treadmill. The other was watching CNN on the TV.
I'm going to have to get one of my t-shirts from my shop on cafepress and wear it in . That could be fun.

The Karate Kat arrives with a tip on what to do to the treadmill dudes next time:
Glad you're getting to lift heavier weights. Before long you'll be able to catch a fly with chopsticks!

As far as I know, he's still in the hospital, Bob is kind of hoping that they put him into intermediate care before he comes home. That would give him a bit of a break for at least a week.
I think I'm going to bed early tonight. I'm tuckered (and tomorrow I start the 5x5 )

Nice going.
You forgot to mention that the guys on the treadmill reading the newspaper will strut into the office and boast how they were at the gym and working out.
They will, of course, forget to mention the person in the squat rack who was really the only person doing any real training.

This is gonna look a little wierd but I'm trying to knock out goals for the fitness safari here at work so I'm just kind of randomly throwing stuff together.
Tomorrow's Workout will be
5 circuits of the following:
25 Jumping Jacks
20 Body Squats with a jump at the end (think burpee without the pushup part)
20 seconds of jumping rope
Followed by Track sprints

Thanks Egham.
How is Mrs Egham doing????
*lol* I doubt it'll ever be my squat rack, but I know I'm the only one that uses it in the morning.

So far so good (today was the first official day)... and tomorrow I am going to work on just overall conditioning. The overall goal is to make sure I do something that involves moving on my off days from lifting for at least 20 minutes.
