They removed 1600+mL of fluid out of Bob's Dad's Right lung today.

I left work, got to the park and ride 45 minutes later and then ran to Barnes and Noble to pick up a Cartooning book for Bob and a card. Then ran to Sam's and picked up Slimfast for him (because for whatever reason, he really likes that stuff). Ran by his place and dropped it off so Operation Slimfast Fairy was completed.

Just got home a bit ago. I've got to e-mail my sister some stuff and then I think I will hit the bed.

Time will tell because the doctors arent' sure what's causing the fluid in his lungs.

Busy afternoon today... published another manual and started working on the one that I have to publish updates for next week.

Started browsing for more apartments and called an apartment locator.

Stopped at academy and picked up a couple of 1lb dumbbells. I think they'll make excellent paperweights and conversation pieces in my office.

Need to do some shredding tonight.

Tomorrow is get my butt up early and get to work early so I can leave early. Then apartment hunting. I want this process done!!!!

Default Day 125

Things are coming together.

1. I've added some content to my blog/web site.
2. I have exercised a little bit each week.
3. I've worked on my budget for this next month.
4. I've started Apartment hunting for a cheaper place.
5. I've added a few things to my Cafepress store and have ideas for more things to come.
6. I've started sorting and pitching stuff. This will be going on until the bitter end me thinks (or at least until I move).
7. My sister has agreed to be my accountability partner.
8. I've been a blessing to my boyfriend while he deals with the hospital stuff.
9. I'm working on thinking more abundantly and following my instincts.
10. I'm praying much more regularly and reading my Bible more often than I have been of late. It's not daily but it's definitely a start.

WOOT... unexpected blessing this morning.... found out that the industry I work in does current pay except for things like PTO and jury duty. So I got paid for all the work I've done this month this morning. I was only expecting a small check for last three days of the previous pay cycle!

At some point yesterday it sunk into my thick brain - I am in this for the long haul. If I wish to reach my goals for health I can't do what other people do. I have to exercise. I have to eat right. I have to be consistent. I can't sit on my couch or at my desk all day and do nothing.

Yup... In a way it sucks... but it's true. It's a lifelong commitment, nothing short term will yield results you'd be able to keep. Once you accept this notion, the rest kind of falls into place.
