That's just it Julie... Until Monday's workout I've never been that sore..... definitely not to the point where I was dreading going up the stairs. I'm not sure what the heck I did differently, but obviously it was something. Don't know if it was residual stuff from the accident or the fact that I could really see what I was doing and might have autocorrected something or the fact that I hadn't worked out in three weeks. But I didn't go overboard on the weight I was lifting for that reason.

I hate taking pictures of myself.... and I always forget to smile. I'm working on that tho.
Another week before I do progress pictures. Hopefully by then, I'll be back to lifting 3x a week.

I'll get sore after just one week off. Just keep at it, you're doing great!

Thanks Lance.. I'm really focusing on trying to get fiscally fit as well as physically fit if I have the discipline to do the one, I should be able to get my butt going on the other
Looked at two places this morning. Stopping here at the house to feed the cat and do a little bit around here and then I'll be out the door for more this afternoon.

thanks... what's kind of messed up about this process is that my apartment complex requires 90 days notice.
today is housecleaning day.
BAHHHH..
But I will feel better after I get it done.

Do you think you'll find something within that timeframe? If so, why not give notice now?

I would like to have something locked in by next week....
Which is when rent is due and when the clock starts ticking for 90 days.....
one load of dishes done....
Started cooking a bunch of ground turkey with onion..... will split that into seperate batches and cook other dishes from there. The grocery store was fresh roasting Hatch New Mexico peppers.... Those will be going into one of the concoctions I'm making up along with some frozen poblanos I have in the freezer

Sounds good - Ground turkey and onion is the start of a simple yet delicious chili recipe I use.
