6 dozen of my Grandmother's Gingersnaps. I do not need any more cookies after the past few days. PMS and cookies add up to a heap of carb trouble for paula

Tee hee. I could make you some - I have the recipe. These are from my 84 year old grandmother. I threw them up into the freezer and will nibble on them for as long as possible. You never know at her age when it will be the last year for such things.

My shoulders feel really beat up the last couple days. Just a dull ache across the top. The nice thing though is that Bob is telling me I'm starting to get some definition in my back. He actually managed to get some pictures of it last night.
I went to Academy and picked up some new plates last night. I got 1 set of 45s and a set of 25s for my oly bar and I got another set of 25s for my standard bar. It was kind of funny because there was a younger guy in the weight section getting some stuff. As I was pulling the first 45 off the stack he looked at me and said "Do you need some help?" I just looked him the eye and said
"Nope. I squat 170 this is not a problem. Thanks" and put the plate in my cart.

Cookies are evil. I've been losing that battle too, Paula. Yesterday at work, my friend brought in a huge plate of 4 different kinds of cookies and put them in the office. Not good. At least one kind, a merangue cookie with cashews and caramel on top, fits in my plan.
The plates experience sounds like lots of fun!
Just think, Paula, in a month we'll have completed HELL!

Thats good stuff! Melissa gets this all the time, not from me though! People have such a hard time thinking Women can lift weights...

*nods* One of the guys I work with is amazed at the amount of weight I pull. I even corrected him when he was doing DB rows because he started rounding his back instead of keeping it flat.

WTF????? I just went to get some lunch and run a couple errands and I was absolutely pooped by the time I got back to my desk. I thought my arms were going to fall off.
I've got the sneaking suspicion I might be coming down with something.
