Funny how the Hallelujah chorus, which ends the "Easter" portion of Messiah got to be indentified with Christmas. I love the chorus and sang it many times as a tenor in high school and college. My favorite of all the choruses is "For unto us a child is born."
But, I digress.
Sounds like you had a great time, Paula. What a way to kick off the holidays.

The eye is much better today and I'm having a much better day - First thing I found out this morning is I'm getting bonus for the extra effort I did the last few months while doing two jobs at once.
Might be an interesting work out. I'm blind as a bat without my glasses or contacts and since I sweat like there's no tomorrow, I generally don't wear glasses and because of the eye, I can't put my contacts in. Let us pray I don't miss when I'm doing step ups this evening.

That's a neat tradition to have the open rehearsal with the symphony. Sounds like you had a really great time.
I manage to work out in glasses every time, and rest assured it can be done, even if the sweat drips from my forehead to my glasses. I hope the eye heals quickly!

Great workout Paula!
Congratulations on the PR and on the bonus at work. It looks like more weight equipment is in your future.

Definitely. Need to get some Larger plates for at home and I mentioned to Bob last night that I might use the bonus to get an elliptical trainer - that's really all I need to "complete" my home gym. He said something about going in halvsies with me so that would be cool. He also mentioned feeling guilty about not exercising....

More toys is always a cool thing. Keep setting a fine example too.

Tom... this is more an ego thing me thinks.... He's having a harder time winning our tickling/wrestling matches cuz I'm getting stronger.

Perhaps, but if it motivates him to exercise? All in all a good thing.

This is true... I keep telling him he needs to do it now for himself. I think it would really help him sleep better in the long run.
