Thanks Gobbla!

Did get some sleep last night.... Feel relatively rested this weekend. I sat at my boyfriend's last night, crocheted and had a couple drinks while he cleaned the bathroom.

Great progress shots Paula. I can see change all over. Most impressed by the changes in your arms and neck, but I'm amazed at the overall losses.

I'm a little bit behind you on the road to HELL and your progression and blog is a great insight to me. Thanks for that

Got lots of sleep this weekend between hauling a few loads of stuff between old place and new place. Moving stuff and work stuff is really wearing me down. Bob and I went out for dinner Saturday night. We were home by 10:30 and I was in bed by 10:45 and asleep by 11. Slept until 8ish yesterday morning. Yesterday evening I pretty much felt like I'd been hit by a mack truck so I was in bed by 8:30. I was up by 4:45 this morning and am already at work. I have a HUGE meetings this week.

So I am trying to get stuff done before I get locked away in meetings the rest of this week.

Not much to report. I'm taking tomorrow off to finish the pack and then Saturday is moving day. I can't wait for this to be done.

Hey, Paula,
Just do lots of squats and deadlifts while you are packing and moving.

Julie

Unfortunately my sleep for the last two weeks has been really messed up. I'm having a hard time getting to sleep. I decided to take the day tomorrow to finish moving prep. I'm also going to take all the days at thanksgiving because I just need a vacation that does not involve going to visit my family.

good luck with your move ... i just decided to renew where I am for another 12 month ... just can't psyche up to move right now ... the good thing is I think you'll notice the effects of working out when you do move and have to lift & carry boxes - have fun!

Oh heck Lisa, I'm paying someone else to do the actual moving part. Except for smaller things that I can fit in my car....

It would be nice if I could get more than 5.5 hours of sleep every night.

At least naps are available to me today.

I've been off track with hell for the last week (moving has taken the higher priority. I'll start back on Monday since the bulk of the move will be done by then and hopefully I'll have gotten some decent sleep.

Moving IS hell - so sounds like you're in the right place.
