Have you ever tried to demo a lunge when you legs are fried??? I tried today and I just about fell over doing it. The Wide Stance Deadlifts and the Lunges really do a number on my rear end. I’m definitely seeing improvement but I have trouble walking for a day or two after I do the previously mentioned exercises. So I swapped my cardio days… I did intervals this afternooon (6 rounds) because my legs just couldn’t handle cone hops.
And now for the confession session. After looking at my stuff from yesterday in Fitday this evening, I discovered that I went over my calories during my cheat meal. I didn’t pay close enough attention to how the pizza was supposed to be divided. I did enjoy the food though.

Definitely... I'm seeing the fat disappearing from my mid section... particularly in the belt area/lower abdomen. Now if the upper area would start decreasing more, I'd be even happier. Glad that tomorrow is rest day.
Hopefully by the end of the day I will be able to walk normally again.

That's just great Paula ... I can't remember with your hormone imbalance, how often do you retest? Have you noticed a change in your profile with the dietary changes?

Honestly, I haven't been tested in a few years..... I haven't had insurance until this past few months.
I need to go back and have Orzeck check my hormone levels. It would be interesting to see what the profile change is.

My insurance doesn't cover all of my treatment ... my doctor doesn't participate, and my insurance plan doesn't allow for out of network physicians, so I pay out of pocket for that. They also don't pay for saliva testing, so that is all out of pocket too. They do pay for my bloodwork, and my medications (I have a small copay ... usually $5 or %10 per script). But it has made such a difference in how I feel, that it is totally worth it!

HOLY CRAP... my arms look much much better. there's actually lines showing up in the front and back flexed pictures.
Overall I think my posture looks better too. There's some drop in the belly fat and the lower abdomen is less poochy it looks like
