Good luck with the appointment - keeping fingers crossed that it will go well.

Doctor Visit went well. She doesn't think I did anything permanent to my knee but had me go get some x-rays to make sure. Since it's been a while since my last tetnus shot, she had me get one of those as well.

I just got home a little bit ago, but I'm in the process of setting up my porch so I can sit outside and work. It's too nice here (low humidity) to sit indoors while I type.

Also going to break in the new coffee grinder and make a batch of pumpkin spice coffee

She didn't give me any restrictions on working out other than saying if it's not better by next week I need to come in. I'll be taking aleve for the next week and icing it as well on a regular basis.

Glad to hear it's nothing serious. I can sympathize with knee pain (and shoulder, and hip and....)

Take care of yourself and you'll bounce back soon!

icing might not be the best idea.
Definitely take it through its full ROM slowly... you want blood circulating through it to heal it

That last article should have come with a warning about the pictures. I don't do well with stuff that makes me squeamish and some of those pictures were just too much. I'm already doing a lot of things that Berdardi says in regards to food. Blueberries are a staple in my freezer and so is Flaxseed oil.

Dude, everyone has their limits, that just happens to be one of mine.

Knee is feeling better. Will do some upper body stuff tomorrow evening.

Work is kicking my ass....Lots of hours trying to make sure that we are in compliance on some forms.
