Default MSU11 Trying to Get in Shape

Hey guys I'm new here. A little info....I'm an incoming college freshman, looking to get in shape (cut fat). I have lifted weights on and off for the last couple years but never consistently. I'm looking to lose about twenty pounds. I'll be running 3 days a week and probably 2 full-body weight sessions a week.

Current Weight- 205
Goal- 185

I'm hoping that keeping a journal will help me stick to my goals until I complete them, so support is welcomed.

Intended on going on a 20 min. run this morning but only made it 15 min, it was just too damn hot and I didn't want to risk going further. I guess I will either have to go earlier or run inside on the treadmill.
