You are getting pretty darn close to gettin' all Ross on our asses! Have you found a canvas bag yet? I'm jealous of your sledgehammer. I totallly want one but I'm afraid my husband will be all....okay, that's enough! I'll be interested to see how you like his Ross's workouts though. I'm still enjoying them, well, except when there's running involved.
Like you haven't thought about making up an entire workout done to the Peter Gabriel song...

For those of you with TRX's I think Shaking the Tree is totally appropriate (well forget the part about it being woman's day) but none the less you shake the tree with the TRX

I don't know...Pete's sportin' a mullett in the video. Points off for that.
WOW!!! I'll have to come back and listen to all of those later after I finish a few things.
We should put together a JP's Training Log Workout music album! Post it somewhere for downloading.....legally, of course.
My workout music tends to be more late 60s early 70s (big surprise). Today it was The Grateful Dead's American Beauty album (Truckin is a great workout song) and the New Riders of the Purple Sage (Panama Red).
Jello arms and legs again. Further improvement on the push-ups.....At this rate, I think I'll actually be able to complete them all by the last workout.
This completes week 3 of the 4 week program. I need to figure out what I'll do next. At this point, I'm planning to do another TT workout and work Ross' stuff and the TRX in on alternate days. I'm definitely going to Ross it up a bit!
I love Peter Gabriel. The farther his music is from mainstream...the better!
Excellent workout, again! How do you like the single-leg work? I've been very pleased with how my balance is improving. I can't wait to see which program you choose next!

Agreed - I saw Peter Gabriel in concert when he was touring the Us CD. Great concert, and a long one too.
Egham, excellent job with the workout - that kind of progress has to be great motivation.

Yeah, what's wrong with that? It's better than Brittany Spears or any of that other ear candy crap on the radio....blach!!! Was that Phil Collins? He's good too!

For all of you, the fact that you find, let alone watch some of these videos, is rather troubling to me.

Nothing wrong with it. I just find his early stuff disturbing. Mostly just when it's live.
Nice workout Egham. I really like the interval training -- something I need to do more of. I'll also be following along in your chin up improvement program - I'm looking to make improvement here as well, so any ideas I can pick up are greatly appreciated.
Thanks. I'm using the same progression on chin-ups that Mahler used. Alywn Cosgrove suggested the approach to him and he was kind enough to share it.
