- 10 squats
- mountain climbers length of gym and back
- 10 squat thrusts then 1 pushup
- 8 squat thrusts then 1 pushup
- 6 squat thrusts then 1 pushup
- 4 squat thrusts then 1 pushup
- 2 squat thrusts then 1 pushup
- 10 groiners
- bunch of leg lifts, leg swings
- sprint length of gym length of gym and back
- supermans
- more sprinting
- other various torture until dead
Moving on to weight room:
3 sets of 7 snatches -- from above the knee and then floor. Working on my form and my explosiveness. Coach very happy, so I am very happy.
superset with no rest 3 times through:
10 split squats each leg
10 box jumps
superset with no rest 3 times through:
10 pushups
10 horizontal pull-ups w/one leg OFF the ground
superset with no rest 2 times through -- 30 seconds at each exercise AMRAP:
- some vibrating platform -- had to hold a squat for the 30 secs
- glute hamstring raise on swiss ball
- jumping pull-ups
- pushups on raised bar on squat rack (like doing them on a smith machine bar)
Then die.

Yep, I'm alive this morning!! She's a super tough coach and sometimes I am cussing her under my breath, but one thing is for certain...she gets results. Major results. And, she really knows her stuff. So, I just suck it up and do it!

We've still got them here. And I didn't hardly sleep all night. First listening to the rain and imagining $ down the drain...(that rhymed, what the heck?)
Then wind howling through our windows upstairs, and hoping nothing broke/got blown away. So far we only had to rescue two coal buckets.

Tracey! You are so sweet to remember about my mom's appointment!! I am home and exhausted. No chance of my intended workout tonight. It was a good appointment in that I really liked this lady a lot and so did my mom. It was a bad appointment in that my mom did TERRIBLE with the memory tests and, of course, her weight (81.4 lbs today). We did get her off some meds and started on the first of the dementia meds. Then, next month we introduce the next one, and so on.
It was just a very tiring day getting her to the doctors and home!!
