Did you finish Stage 7 or did you get fed up with that also - I'm definitely thinking of going straight from stage 4 to 7 like you did but I wondering if you didn't get on well with that also?
Jane,
The puppy looks so fluffy in your avi! She's growing fast!!
I'll be interested to see how you like/how you do with WSFL ... I'll be following!!
Oh, and I tried a google search for BodPod and Hartford and although something on the Hartford Hospital website talks about them for measuring bodyfat, they don't actually list it as a service. Did you come across a website or anything? The bodpod website doesn't have any listings of "find a bodpod" ... I really would like to look into having this done ...

Hey Julie......I didn't find anything on the bodpod site, either. When I searched for my area and came upon the local university, they actually had a site about the bodpod and it said they did testing for anyone. So, I just called them and got it set up. It might be worth calling the hospital and asking if they will test you. They are charging me $25 to have it done.
And, yes, Sophie is growing! She's gained 1 pound and is now 2 lbs 11 oz.
I finished S7 and after WSFL I will go to either Maximum STrength or NROL Hypertrophy, most likely.
I think I missed something.... the last workout I see in your log is the 4th workout of the 6 in stage 7... did you finish and just not post them? Also what is WSFL? Sorry if I'm a complete tool, but I swear I looked twice and can't find either answer!
Right...I didn't post them as I was busy plotting my next plan of action. Basically, they were the same as the previous ones in S7. The sessions don't change much, just swap out a couple of the same alternating sets. WSFL is Alwyn and Mike's Warp Speed Fat Loss plan.

I am so disappointed! But, I had a very sick little puppy last night and we ended up in the puppy ER. She had been throwing up nonstop for 3 hours. She had to have some dehydration stuff injected and some stuff for her little stomach. I was there for hours while we took xrays, waited to see if she would throw up again. Still have no idea what she got into or why she was throwing up. Had to have been something outside is all I can figure. So, after hours of the ER, we both finally passed out. So far this morning she's have one 'dollop' of baby food (per the vet) and I have to give her some once an hour for 3 hours and monitor her.
So.......the bod pod is out. I have called an left them a message to see if I can reschedule for Tuesday. I hope I can. I was so looking forward to it.
I'm off work today, thankfully, for the holiday weekend. While I am watching her, my eats will be no problem. My workout will have to be much later than planned -- whenever I feel she has managed to keep down food and water.
Sorry to hear about Sophie. I had the same problem with the cats (when they were kittens) after an operation (the snipping kind). One wouldn't stop throwing up, the other just stopped eating and drinking. Two trips to the vet (one for each) and everything turned out well. I'm glad she's better. With dogs I'd be tempted to say she ate something (they do seem to get into everything). I do hope you get your test rescheduled.

Later.....
Jane (very tired Jane and Sophie)
Aww poor little munchkin. I've been there. My puppy was freaking out one night and she wouldn't settle down. I had an emergency room visit too and it was a lot of shots and being scared for her. It worked out ok, but I know how exhausting that is. I hope they let you reschedule. Puppy illness is definitely a good reason to have to miss it!
I hope you both feel better over the long weekend
that's scary because she's so small - no reserves - even when she's an adult she'll be tiny - sometimes all you can do is supportive measures until they get over whatever it is - glad things are looking up -
Sorry to hear about Sophie. Close call. Probably was something outside, if nothing inside looks chewed. I'd go around your garden area and see if the ends of any of your plants look chewed.
Thanks everyone! Sophie seems to be pretty much back to normal. In fact, she is biting on my fingers as I try to type this. What an expensive little incident!
I figure it was something outside, too. She's so good at staying by my side, but I guess she must have gotten something in her mouth. I have a TON of plants and flowers, so it's hard telling.
Poor little thing. It sure was scary seeing a little 2 lb furball go into vomiting convulsions.
I didn't hear back from the bodpod people yet. I REALLY want to do this on Tuesday, but now with the holiday, I doubt I will hear back. So, now I am going to have to wait until my next vacation day at work, which is mid-june.
Yesterday went great. Cardio workout (intervals followed by LISS) and food on 100%. Scale down 2 lbs. Today, Day 4, is strength plus intervals.
Ginger, the BFtesting was scheduled Friday morning and I didn't get home with her until early Friday morning. So, I had to keep a close eye on her and feed and get liquids in her hourly, so I had to cancel.
It looks like maybe mid-June now. I am waiting for them to call me back. I am so disappointed. How did yours go? The thing I was REALLY wanting to see was how far off the Omron was from the bodpod. Did you get a feel for that?

Hi there. You know, I don't use a BF caliper, but my scale does give me a BF # in a certain mode. If I compare that number with the Bod Pod number from Friday it is off by 2.7% (the scale is lower).
Lori and I had the series of testing and it went really well. My number has at least improved. I am getting ready to post some of the info from the results in my log.

The BF on the scale is like the omron (bioimpedence), and this is just what I suspected....that the omron (or scale) measures lower. I can't wait to compare mine.
