I don't know if "fun" is the right word for Stage 7! Wow! I just did my workout logs for S7 and they are pretty intimidating -- 4 sets of each exercise with 15-20 reps! Yikes!
I hate 15 rep sets, let alone 20!!!
Sounds a lot like Fat Loss III. 4 supersets of 4 exercises of 10-12 reps each exercise, then 2 supersets of 4 exercises of 20 reps each exercise.

I did RDL's withou the row because of the wrist. There's a PR in there somewhere, but not sure it counts with 4 reps!
Absolutely it counts. Why wouldn't it? It's progress beyond what you did the last time.

Chest: From 40 to 38 -2.0"
Below Chest: From 32 to 29.75 -2.25"
Stomach below belly button: 39.5 to 36.0 -3.5"
Waist at narrowest: From 32.5 to 28.5 -4.0"
Hips: From 41 to 38.0 -3.0"
Thigh: From 24.25 to 22.0 -2.25"
NOTE: Bruises on thigh are from DB's! And notice Sophie in the 'back' pic wondering what the heck I am doing! Pics a bit blurry this time, but I don't feel like doing them over!

I agree Jane!! Your pictures are living proof that consistency is what pays off. One workout will not break you or make you. It is what you do after that workout that breaks or makes you and you got right back to it. You are my hero in this challenge.
Oh and the AVI is WAY cute. That little thing doesn't really do anything but cute does she?
Just stopping by to say you look fantastic. i am new to the whole NROLW and TNT thing. Started them around the same time and am in my second week of TNT. I am eating a lot of cheese. What do think about this, is that okay or should I only eat cheese once a day or something. You seem to be a pro so I wanted to get your opinion.
