JANE! you just keep getting more gawgeous every month. wow. I'm with jill, particularly noticeable in the back double bicep shot. the leanness in your lung area accentuates your biceps and delts. nicely done. your body comp changes and strength gains continue to inspire the hell out of me.

Definately seeing differences in the back double bicep shot - more definition! Looking HAWT! And you are kicking ass on the plank - you have me beat!

Well, I'm trying to decide what to do here......I started Strength III on Monday, but I'm wondering if I should take a little break for the rest of the week and then reassess on Monday. I've got a ton going on right now: school homework is just nuts, and my last class is on Saturday, then Mother's Day is Sunday and we are taking my mom to lunch, work is just another whole mess of crazy busy. Hopefully, after school ends this weekend, my life will calm down a bit. This homework has me going crazy (in 3 weeks, I've had to read 4 novels, write 2 papers, give 2 presentations, and critique a movie....argh!).

So....I am thinking no tracking and just playing around in the gym, walking, and TRX workouts the rest of the week. Then, maybe instead of doing Strength III right now I might jump into a quick WSFL on Monday to get me tip top for summer. THEN, finish up with Strength III. That will take me all the way thru mid-July. Then, I think maybe I might be ready to start some Hypertrophy. What do you guys think? Sound good?

Sounds like a great plan Jane!

School is a huge stressor....make sure you take care of yourself - you have a lot going on. I am so curious about WSFL, I would love to try it sometime! It looks tough though.

Bree, WSFL is tough.....it's 6 days of workouts and a strict low-cal/low-carb diet. BUT, it's only 28 days and ANYONE can handle 28 days!!

NROL Strength III
Workout A

Workout 2 of 16
May 7, 2009

Barbell Bench Press
3x75
2x80
1x85
3x75
2x80
1x85 (fail)
7x65
*YEAH! 85! Can you believe it!

********

Superset with full rest
Barbell Bent-Over Row
4x85
4x90
8x80

Barbell Push Press
4x55
4x60
8x50

********
Cable Woodchop
8x37.5
8x43.5

Assisted Pull-up
17 x assistance band
*most reps at this resistance level

Plank
2 min 15 seconds

HIIT
6 intervals of 60/90 on track

So, I decided to go to the gym anyway tonight, and I'm glad I did. Good workout. For sure on Monday, I am starting WSFL eating....just not sure if I'm going to switch to the WSFL workouts or stick with NROL STIII and incorporate interval training on my off days to equal the six days of workouts that WSFL calls for. We'll see. I'm just loving all of my strength gains I've made during NROL Strength that I sort of hate to abandon it right now.

Have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE my puppy? She's the CUTEST PUPPY EVAH!!! Love, love, love her!!!

Two more hours and school is over! Yeah! I still have one paper I have to finish and send in by tomorrow noon, but I'll get it done. I am supposed to be watching/listening to some presentations right now, but I am bored and antsy to get outta here, so I'm killing time!

Will work on paper tonight, go to grocery store to get ready for the big WSFL on Monday. Tomorrow will spend with mom, and hope this isn't my last mother's day with her.

No workouts til Monday other than puppy walking. Still not sure whether or not I will continue on with Strength III or do the WSFL workouts, as prescribed.

Kind of nice for school to be over, isn't it? I always find it's a little bit of a let down towards the end. I hope that you have a good visit with your mom tomorrow Jane.
