Nothing to report this morning...unless bringing out the garbage and recycling counts...dusting the snow off my car and sprinting into the office to avoid the -40ish wind chill this morning.

Tomorrow is a mystery

The to f'in cold. I froze when my son had baseball tryouts last night and it was 50F with a stiff wind. I would think all the shivering burns calories.

Finally something to write....

Sunday I went skating on the pond with the kids for an hour...ahh fresh air and exercise nothing better...then home made chicken fajitas with extra hot peppers

Monday...just some Wii batting practise

Tuesday..

I tried the P90X workouts for the first time...Chest and back...series of push pull...varied push ups and varied grip pull downs...for a freakin' hour...I was ready to puke at one point and then almost broke my nose on the last set of Dive-Bomber push ups when my arms chemically morphed into jello...it was fun in a sadistic sort of way.

I'll post the numbers tomorrow...gotta have a nap now...hope the boss is away.

If you jump around half as much as they do on the P90X infomercial no wonder you were fried. Should have thrown down a couple handfuls of the JuJubees, the sugar buzz would have kept you going.

It doesn't matter how fast you are moving if you don't know where you're going.

If that weren't enough...I went and played 2 hours of Basketball that night...I haven't played since high school....a good workout...tossing bricks...I think I was 1 for 20 from the field but I did get my share of rebounds....I still have no clue what I'm supposed to do...so I just run around and get open.

Cherry picking was always a popular option.

So kidney punches to break a pick is not good form? If you saw how well I toss bricks you'd have me play only half court defense.

Nothing to report this week on the fitness trail...Wife's great-uncle...(they were close) passed yesterday...things have been a little somber the past week waiting for this to happen....a long fight with cancer...he lost the rematch.

I'll raise a Barbell in his honor.
