You should definitely go for it.
Although, Peeps really are pretty versatile. My family has an annual Easter bonnet contest, and I'm on a three-year streak, using Peeps as my primary medium.

Did I just admit that?
It's going to be a long summer vacation if I'm already spewing these kinds of secrets.

Well you'd have to write the episodes, wouldn't you? Dialogue is dialogue, even for sock puppets.

Legos are a viable medium too.

Thanks - work was good, but of course it's only the first day. I can see getting really busy really quickly as some reports need doing sooner than later.

Thanks everyone! Yes it was pretty straightforward today, though I expect I'll get more into the nitty gritty tomorrow. Already have a manual I have to read (oh joy) and the prospect of good number of reports coming due sooner than later. Remind me again why working's a good thing? Oh yeah... the paycheck.

Look at this employment all around. At least for JPF signs of a recovery are afoot.

Nice Tom and NYC.

You should make a graph for those of us who are chart-happy. For some reason I gain a feeling of immense satisfaction when look at trend lines, even if they're someone else's.

Me too! Yep, you definitely need kids! When my son turned four, I started buying huge lego sets for him (you know, the 12+ sets)--for HIM, really! Not for ME to put together, nooooo.

Did I mention I got a way cool lego mindstorms robot for school this year? (I mean HE got it...) Computer science, ya know.

Congrats on the Job. The first few days/weeks are always awkward as you are getting to know your way around and figuring out how things operate.

Thanks. The Legos reminds me of Lego Indiana Jones on the Xbox 360. Great game, especially if you're familiar with the films.

I actually have done that in the past, but something always happens to mess with it. However, if it's trend lines you want, who am I to say no?

Default Upper Body Endurance - 6/18/09

All exercises 2x15, except where noted.

A KB Bench Press - 20kg - Two sets here, might consider moving to the 50lb dumbbells next time.

B Bent Over Row - 1x15@20kg, 1x13@20kg - Eked out another rep here in set 2.

C KB Push Press - 1x15@20kg, 1x10@20kg - Same performance as last week - le suck.

D Lat Pulldown - Plate 12 - Made Plate 12 but will keep it here next week I think.

E Diamond Pushups - BW - Got in two full sets again, but again not sure about ROM.

F Bicep Curl Supinated - 1x12@12kg, 1x6@12kg - I may drop back on the weight for these since this like the third week in a row for this rep scheme.

G Tricep Pulldown - 1x15@Plate 5, 1x10@Plate 5 - Plate 5 is new this week. I'm encouraged.

H Bicep Curl Pronated - 8kg - Two full sets, but that's only by very generously counting the last 2-3 reps in the second set.

Overall - Holding tight or slight increases here, which I understand is about what I can expect from an endurance type workout. (or at least have been expecting).

Default Measurement Update - 6/19/09

Weight - 208.4
Waist - 42.5"

Down a little today - will be trying a different strategy for happy hour today in that I'll be limiting myself to two pints and eliminating any carbs except for what I have in my preworkout nutrition and the beer. That said, my plan is to have around 700 calories/24g carbs prior to getting to happy hour. With a generous estimate of 600 calories for the beer, that should leave me around 700 calories for food, which I plan to spend on a shrimp cocktail, steamed clams and a grilled chicken salad. Past that it will be a matter of waiting for Saturday morning's scale reading.
