Spinning
Hills class today - for some reason it was tougher than I expected. I think it's in part due to not having protein like I usually do in the meal before class. Still, it was a very good workout.

Treat a spinning class like you would for a regular workout: feed your body the protein it needs. Preworkout meals are actually more or at least as important than postworkout (recovery) meals. One does need to tweak to find the right balance between being undernourished or overfed (some puke more easily than others).
What's your perfect pre-WO meal? And why didn't you have it this time?

Hey Tom! How's your "week off" going? Are you getting ready for Hypertrophy 1 (is the abbreviation HT1)? When do you start? Still tinkering with your diet?

Just got busy at work and only had time to have an apple. Typically I'd have nuts with it or 1% cottage cheese.
