I think we should just aim for finishing this week, if everyone is cool with dat.
3x8 @ 10RM
A1 Military press 3x8x????
A2 Box squats 3x8x???
B1 GHR 3x8x???
B2 Seated pronated row 3x8x???
You both are in deep shyte.
HIIT:
Alternating jump rope/16" box jumps x15 mins
Done.
I was a puddle of goo by the time I was done; I really gave it my all today. No matter who wins, we're ALL winners (yeah, I know, it's special olympics-esque. Sue me)--I have made significant gains in every single lift so far. And I mean REEEEAAAAALLLLY significant.

Did I mention I have a minor in smack talk, Tony?
Oh, I'm gonna win alright.

My last 3x3!
A1: Power Cleans, ?
A2: DB Floor Presses, ?
B1: NG Pullups, BW + 55/50/45 (I messed up by miscalculating my weight plus the added the dbs)
B2: BB Lunges, ?
Rope jumping, 5 minutes.
I really don't think I did so well... See how few question marks I put? Terrible. You chicks might just smoke me on the 3x3, even just taking things safe and easy... Shame...

SFM Workout #9 3x3 @ 5RM (I'm DONE!)
A1 Power Cleans ???
A2 Neutral Grip Pullups 3x3xBW
B1 Floor presses ???
B2 BB lunges (alt legs) ???
5 minutes box jumps on 18" and 12" plyo platforms
This workout totally sucked. I decided to get this done before work so I got to the gym at 5:30am. Oh, I woke my kid up by accident on my way out the door (I was so quiet, don't know why he woke up...special mommy sensing powers perhaps). So hubby was not thrilled, but told me to go ahead and go. I didn't make the gains I wanted on most of the lifts, except for one. Box jumps were excruciatingly hard. I think I need a week off.
Oh, I'm still gonna win though.

Oops. I try to nip that in the bud...
As a child, I was subjected to my mother and step-father's bookshelves, who were English majors/geeks. I still consider myself lucky that I don't write the words æroport, archæology, or encyclopædia.

Yeah, if you're not careful you start emulating the kids in those books and saying things like "jolly good". That'll attract all sorts of unwanted attention.

SFM #9 3x3 @5RM
A1: Power Cleans 3x3x???
A2: NG pullups 3,3,2xBW
B1: Floor press 2x??,3x??x2
B2: Alternating lunges 3x3x?????
Done.
Jill gets the numbers today. My floor presses were done completely wrong the first time (which explains why I was only able to press 105 last week).
Major improvements on everything else, though. I'm a-gonna win!

The results are in and it was VERY VERY close. First I'm going to post each lift separately...with placement. There are some HUGE gains in here. I'm not sure what the prize is, other than permanent bragging rights.
Drumroll please....
First lift was the Good Morning....
First Place - Roland 160 ===> 200, 25% increase
Second Place - Jill 90 ===> 110, 22% increase
Third Place - Tina 100 ===> 115, 15% increase
CONGRATS Roland....
