I suffer from a version of this when I fall off the fitness wagon, usually after a couple weeks of vacation or a long, multi-week business trip. When I get back, there's so much catching up on a range of other things that it's an additional week or so before I even feel I have the time to work out. By then, it's very easy to keep putting it off....Sometimes for months before I muster the determination to start up again. Once that finally happens, I'm good until the next long break.
I know that I should be back at it all along, but until it finally clicks psychologically, I just don't do it. Not even Mrs. Egham's encouragement works.....I need to get my own rear re-engaged.
I hope you win your battle soon. We're all here to encourage you along ...and, we will....but I do understand the need to get over the barrier on your own terms.
