Doing TT2K3
Warm – stretching, tread 4 mins

Superset
Chins warm 10 @ 12 (facing), 6 x #8, 6 x #8, 5 x #10 (using assisted machine)
DB Bench warm 10 x 40, 6 x 55, 6 x 55, 6 x 50

Superset
Barbell Row 8 x 45, 8 x 95, 8 x 95, 6 x 95
DB Incline Press 6 x 45 x 3

Superset
DB Incline Curl 6 x 25, 6 x 25, 6 x 25
Pushups 8, 8

Intervals 8 minutes

Eating = not good = D today,

Comments
Was tired in the gym due to the meatball sub on a white roll I had before hand...bad, bad especially since I had pasta for lunch. No fruit no veggies today...bad, bad.
