Amy, the abs don't sound fun. Maybe Julie will pop in on your log and give her 0.02 worth. She's the diagnosis queen!
That's what Wikipedia said as well... but then later on in the article they've said usage has spread to include other cramps as well.

Today was going to be my "off" day from cardio and weights, BUT after a disasterous shopping trip, I need to get a little cardio in. My daughter has swim lessons for 30 minutes at the gym, so it's a perfect time to get in just a little cardio.... hopefully 20 minutes I will be back on the weights tomorrow... and I'm actually looking forward to it... even though it's a leg day!!!

Great pictures and great progress. I see some muscle in there . I am certain you are on the right track with your goals and will see some good results in time. Keep up the good work.

Even though today was my "off" day, I ended up doing a little cardio. I walked on the treadmill on an incline for 20 minutes, then later went back and did 10 more...... I was trying to pass the time.. my kids didn't want to leave the gym yet....

I also worked a little on the abs... I didn't want to do too much this evening, because tomorrow is my leg day... it is going to kick my bootie!!!:p

I don't see where you have to worry about looking fat, but I understand that you may feel that way sometimes. Imagine how I feel. Being a man, I am not too keen on shopping. But, I can't just buy off the rack either. I have to try everything on at my size. To make things worse, my size has been consistently changing over the past several years so I never truly know what I wear. Just what I wear at the moment so-to-speak. It makes it hard to have nice clothing (a requirement in my profession). I have thrown away so much money on clothes it isn't funny..... I need more personal shoppers. I am lacking in clothing taste also....

I want to, but my husband doesn't want to participate. He says we would have to get up too early in the morning!! He has to work Sunday, so I understand why he is wanting to sleep in on Saturday.

Are you doing to do the walk?

I'm thinking about. Meeting you would be added motivation for getting up that early

Let me know if you are interested. Maybe we could meet somewhere and walk together.
