My GOALS
Nutrition: 98 Points
I am gonna try to eat clean.
Have 5 to 6 small meals over the day.
Skip all junk food, drink as much watter as I can. (aprox 1 gallon)
Also keep a log online of every thing I eate, on work days.
Fittness:
Resistance training: Setting a goal of 20 sessions. This will allow me 3 RT sessions per week during the challenge, but I will be at vacation for 1 week so I can't do RT then.
Intervals: I will try to do it at least 1 a week, be out door sprinting. (7sprints x 1min and 45sec rest)
Cardo: I will follow a Icelandic book called "BootCamp Basic training" 3 times a week
and go hiking two times.
Competetive goals:
I´m still trying to find something that will be going on here during this time, not much about thise things here. But I will find something soon.
Personal goals:
I am going to lower my boddy fat% by 7%
And loos about 8kg aprox 17lbs
I am also planing to get more time to rest. (Go to to bed before 23:59) at least 4 times a week.
