Neither choice sounds like a positive one. Is "move on" the best you can muster up? Come on, Keith!

He meant "continue on" and "muster up some man power and get ass to gym" and "grow some balls" and stuff like that.
Right, Og?
:p

No solid plan right this second.
June 31, 2007
Jump rope intervals.
15 seconds hard jumping, 30 seconds rest for aproximately 5 minutes.

Jump rope intervals
5 mins of 15sec on 30sec off
10 mins of 15/15.
Not all the 15s got completed perfectly as I tripped up a lot at then end, might have been more like 10s/20s on/off.
Still pretty decent workout, much better than the day before. I love my rope.

Misc Between Aug 1 and Aug 7th
Not a lot has been done, some jump rope here and there, shot some baskets, did a couple push-ups here and there, nothing to write home about.
Also I have been consistently walking 1km to and from the bus everyday.
Once I move my distance to school will be about 2km.
Aug 7th.
Running
6km: 42 minutes
Nutrition:
during the week it has been ok. This past long weekend was definitely NOT good though.

Hey! I thought I would find if you have a journal and finish our convo here instead of in LD's. haha
Yeah fruit is going to be hard to cut out I think. I started with the Adam's Diet and was happy there was fruit. But I read the TNT diet and figured I will start with that one and move fruit in slowly later. I LOVE FRUIT! I will just have to live with out it for a while. I feel hey if I REALLY want fruit or some starchy carb I will go for it other than binging or something. Anyway, I will read through your journal soon to get to know you! Maybe I will start one soon. I will let you know so you can follow my crazy mind too. haha

My journal sucks these days, however it was not always so!
Adam suggests following the break-in pretty much as written and then modifying from there. Menshealth has forums for TNT which I was participating in till I face planted! ha.
Back in the saddle so they say!

good point fey.
My journal isn't getting enough of that kinda action.
August 8, 2007
Jump rope: 2-3 minutes
DB bench press: 45s x10
Then I got bored.
Jump rope a few (say 5) sets of 20 on hard, 40 secs rest.
From ground airless car tire press with hub: 3 x10
Improvised two handed kettlebell swings (30lbs) 3 x20
Jump rope: 2 minutes
