Congrats on completing the challenge.
Looks like you made some nice progress

Current Lifts
  • BW = 190lbs
  • Deadlift = 400lbs
  • Squat = 243lbs
  • Bench = 237lbs
  • Chinup 3rm = 223lbs
  • Broad Jump = 85 inches
