Ok here ara my goals for the next 61 days

Nutritional goals:
I try to eat clean, but somethimes usually the weekends I loose controle. So I am going to be more stright about that stuff.. Also in some days I find myself eating way to litle. So my goal is to eat 5-6 times a day clean eating and also in the weekends

Fitness goals:
I want to lift weights 4x a week and do cardio 3x. And after the each weight lifting workout I will do 20min cardio.

Personal goals:
I will loose 17lbs about 8kg. I donīt have my bodyfat % so I donīt know exacly how much I would like to loose I can get that hopefully tomorrow.

Competetive goals:
Iīm still trying to find something that will be going on here during this time, not much about thise things here. The only thing I know about will be around August 18th.

So here are my goals I think itīs all but if I think of anything else I will put it in here

Well now I have to pass the computer to my friend so he can also register for the challange

As the Challenge has gone global with folks in Australia, Switzerland and Iceland and who knows where else, I can see there might be some trouble finding a Competetive Event... we can work on that but in the meantime, focus your energy on the other goals.

I know a few people in Iceland, I've always wanted to visit, looks like a very nice place. What part are you from?

Good luck with the challenge!

Welcome and good on you for getting to the gym.

There's the times when it's really tough to get going... That's when I tell myself I'll just go and do something "light" ...knowing that once I'm there and doing it I'll be doing what I planned, sweating hard, and generally swearing at the stoopid bar.

Are you Icelandic? Or a transplant SomethingElse?

People I know are in Reykjavik. I forget what their last names are now, I know they changed them when they moved

I honestly didnt know Iceland was as small as it is.. wow. I figured it was at least a million people. I will make it there someday.

Nope not in the challenge, I have a log, but no challenge, im pretty happy with my progress so do anything different.
