So I had my first workout of the new program today it was good.

Tomorrow I start my new job, and then I need to go to my other work after that so I will take a day of training. I try to take 1 day off each week.

Neutrition is ok, but Iīm having problem with protein cause Iīm on medications for the next 3-4 months and I canīt use PP, so I have to get all my protein from food.... and itīs not possible to eat eggs and chicken forever and my mind is really empty for now about what to eat

Lean beef, turkey, lean pork (ham is usually decent).
Legumes, nearly any kind

Let us know if you need anymore help with nutrition. Aoife (wish I knew how to pronounce this) gave a good list. I am glad you're enjoying the new job. Hope it continues to be a great experience for you. Say hello to the roomie...
