Espi, I like to use extra-virgin coconut oil and it has a slight coconutty taste. I've had others that are unrefined, cold pressed but not extra virgin and these had virtually no taste. They're both fine to me! I fry with it or just dunk veggies in it. It's neat because it's solid but melts easily upon contact with stuff, even if not heated.
I met my trainer for another workout this morning and she commented that she saw veins on my front delts. I have seen these before but wondered if they "counted" as veins to be proud of. See, I have pretty light thin skin, so the veins are visible, but these shoulder veins aren't really textured/raised or bumpy; they are just blue.
As an aside, I love papaya. Yummy!
