I gave myself a 1 on nutrition on the weekend, for one day, for not meeting water quota. COuld I get 1.5?
Today I've downed over a litre and it's only 8:40. Go, me.

From an anonymous arm for months to two new avis in less than a week! Very cool.
(and you can handle four shots, you just have to work up to it, LOL!)

I'm revealing myself, one appendage at a time!
My arm is still in the avi - same arm.

Thank GOODNESS I managed to make an appointment with my god-like massage therapist for tonight. He will set me straight!
No training today. But I've already had about 3 L of water and it's 1:15. Can't stop visiting the ladies' room. And great thing my plumbing is now functional at home too.

I am all alone in here kicking my own ass~
Actually, my trainer kicked my ass this morning.
We did a circuit workout and are doing a different workout tomorrow to hit the rest of the body. It was great!!!

Are you happy to be back with her and she with you again as a client?

It was good pain. Then I went to the chiro this a.m. and now I am nearly good as new.
I have fatigued legs from yesterday's circuits. I'm not sore so much as just sort of heavy-ish feeling. And sore abs

If I touch the side of my body it hurts. I feel like I've been punched to the obliques, soundly, on both sides.
I am working out with my trainer again tonight and have no idea what is in store. At least my legs are not too sore! This will be brutal, based on historical experience.

LOL, history may not repeat itself but it does rhyme a lot.

Workout done last night.
This morning I was at it again at 8 a.m.
Tomorrow should be a rest day.
Yay.

She is kicking my ass~!
I was thinking of NOT looking at my abs for say, a month, and then taking a look, to see if anything changed.

I am pretty happy with my upper body. My butt needs desquishing though. I like my shoulders - I think they look pretty good in the avatar shot, for example. Don't want much more size to be honest.

My chest hurts, my shoulders are fatigued and I feel like my legs have been worked VERY hard (they have been). The pec soreness (sort of just where your chest becomes your armpit) is a weird feeling.

I've taken up a new craft as part of one of my goals (that may be listed here, or not) to try to occupy myself with other hobbies besides the pursuit of abs. I am making a wire bead tree something like this:
