Thanks, vanessa40!
I liked the way the veins were bumpy, all textured. I want them back!

Thank you! Food is going well. Not measured, just consumed.
I admit to having a bit of a dietary indiscretion LAST night in order to fend off any craving ogres that may visit in the future. It was May 31 so it was allowed (peanut butter chips anyone?) Who, me?

Wow, finally I get to know who's behind the 'ljk' and I get to see food porn too. Are the perogies cultural heritage for you or a Canadian thing?
Ab veins! And quite lean legs as well. What bf% do you think you have.
Must say that I'm in total awe of your training schedule: or wait, were those the monthly cardio sessions?

Perogies are heritage (Ukrainian).
The training schedule was for the month if you are referring to my challenge post

Oh, I had bf measured (for what it is worth and probably not accurate) about 13-14% a few times over the past 6 months by a couple of methods.

I went on a nice bike ride today to the Gatineaus - probably about 30 km round trip. Hills from hell (think, going down at 50 km/hr without even trying) -- and bf did the whole thing on his new fixed gear bike
That is just crazy. I was in the easiest gear possible and struggling to get up hill...we took a picture or 2 - I will post them later
Probably will not do legs today as planned after such a ride. Although, I feel like stretching and doing abs...there is nowhere in my place with room for that! But such a beautiful sunny day is not enticing me to stay inside at a gym -- in the basement of a mall, no less.

This isn't training related but I will use it as a venue to bitch! My pipes in the basement are all rotted out and I can't use any water, flush the toilet, etc. So I am getting someone in here on Monday - in the meantime I am lucky enough to have a brother across the street who is out of town. So I stayed at his place and used his washing machine!
Apparently, cast iron pipes last about 100 years and my time is up!!

Will someone please explain how your arms/shoulders/back can get a crazy sunburn while your legs stay white?
Thank you!
It seems odd that these parts are like, 3 feet closer to the sun but get fried.

probably has to do with the fact that your legs may be exposed more to the sun than your shoulders/arms/back. At least that is my theory.
