It seems you're having fun in the gym and are fitter & stronger than ever as well as looking good. You might want to eat more then if you think you are losing LBM.
From what I read here, you're lacking slightly in the 'meatier' exercises viz. heavy lifting. Why not replace 1 fun workouts with a heavy lifting workout? It may preserve/build some muscle mass!

Yes, trying to eat more! Getting away from tracking but I think I'm going to start up again because I need to be sure of enough cals. It's easy to think you ate a lot when you didn't (voluminous veggies and all...)
I was doing some heavier lifting up to about 2 weeks ago -- I took a break from that for a few weeks to mix it up and give my joints a rest

Here is an ab shot from about 3 weeks ago. It's blurry but it shows SOMEthing...
They look a bit more defined now though.

your avatar shows good chest development. I haven't got AAAANY of that hahahahaha...perfect time to share a little story!
----------
I had a lovely situation arise during my lunch hour today.
I decided to capitalize on the lovely weather to go take a nap in the park, as I have been doing several times per week over the last few months.
As I went to lie down on the inviting, soft grass I stretched a little bit to loosen my back. Suddenly, I heard a small cracking noise. Lo and behold, the front plastic closure on my bra had just broken. Wonderful! I was now in a public park with a bra that was undone under my t-shirt and that had no promise of closing. Great! I then had two options:
1. attempt to discreetly remove the bra while lying down in the grass and then try to put it in my purse unnoticed.
2. get up and walk around with the undone bra and look super lumpy in front until I reached a bathroom where I could remove it.
I chose the former and basically wriggled with it while lying on my front, and figured no one was really looking at me. (If they were, oh well.) I managed to get it off and put it in my bag in a compartment that I mentally made a note of NOT to open in the near future.
Aaaanyway, ..the positive side to this story is the fact that being woefully small-breasted likely proved to be an advantage today. I'm hoping none of my coworkers notice the fact I'm not wearing the article of clothing I was forced to remove. (I have ALWAYS hated those and find them uncomfortable, so I should be pleased to be unexpectedly liberated, I suppose.)
Sigh.

It ended well. Article safely stashed in purse.
I ended up getting up and cutting the nap short and heading to the grocery store - a good brisk walk. I bought 9 cans of salmon and 5 cans of pumpkin purée that I'd been thinking of picking up, after seeing the great specials in the flyer. I also got a bunch of zucchini, my favourite handy snack (really.)
All in all a productive lunch break. It's 30 degrees out though so it was quite warm but I love the warm weather. Especially in late September.

Correct. Think about 90 F in yankee-talk
To me, that is pretty damn warm especially for the end of September. It was a record high or close to it.
I live in Canada, so almost the North Pole :p
Had an awesome workout today. It's amazing how much better I perform on days when I actually eat enough
