Default Returning to the Basics: my TAP log

After 2-3 months of basically drifting along, maintaining my fat loss but with no additional progress, it's time to get going again. I'm currently at 271 lbs, down from a high of 340 in April 2006.

61 Day Challenge Goals

Nutrition:
The first 31 days will be the Velocity Diet and then I'll switch to a low-carb, “Adam’s Diet” type meal plan.

Fitness:
Resistance Training: 3 workouts/week, the TAP workouts
HIIT: 3 sessions each week.
Daily mobility/stretching exercises
Evening walk for 45-60 minutes each day

Personal:
1. Move down a jean size or two. I’ll shoot for a comfortable 38”.
2. Get outside and enjoy the summer. I plan on going on at least 1 2-3 hour hike each week, probably on Saturday mornings.

Competitive:
I’m still working on this one.

Oh, Eustace...... Oh, Eustace.....

Hey buddy, how's it going? Is the TAP still going well? Just stopped in to wish you a happy hump day.

Keep on Keepin' on.. don't make me come find you.

TAP is a great program. Like PA, it was my intro to lifting and good nutrition. You can't go wrong with it.
