Default 61 Days & Beyond

This is my challenge log. I don't have any goals set yet, but I'll set some by the end of the week.

Age: 26
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 200 lbs

Nutrition: By Newman

Fitness: Weight training by Newman

Personal: My goal is to gain between 10 and 20 pounds of muscle mass this summer. This will require the eating of painfully large amounts of food because I am part jackrabbit.

I haven't found a competition to participate in yet when I do I'll let y'all know.

10 pounds for the 61 DC is reasonable and 20 pounds for the Beyond is also reasonable.

Ok, so I'm all cleared away and straightened out here in OKC. My goals are 35 resistance training sessions and 90 good eating days. Hopefully I'm not expected to go out and eat lunch with my supervisor(s) everyday. I'm going to have to develop some strategies for eating well while at work.

Today was my first real training session since making my move. I did some body weight stuff Monday but I didn't really challenge myself. Today I did some self diagnostics to develop a baseline for my new program. After getting those baseline numbers I completed the first session.

Now if I could get paid soon so I can start eating more...
