Reverse Lunge 1x8
Wide-grip Seated Row 3x12
Bodyweight Squat 3x15
Elevated Pushup 3x12
Reverse-grip Pulldown 3x12
Plank 3x12 seconds
Side Plank 2x12 seconds
HIIT 30 minutes - eliptical


Bodyweight Squat 3 set of 15 reps
Pushup 3 sets of 12
Plank 3x15 seconds
Elbow Pullback 3x15
Side Plank 3x15 seconds
HIIT - 30 minutes on bike
Stretching

Couldnt bring myself to do cardio, so two workouts in a row to change things up a little....

sometimes it's just all beyond our control....



Managed plenty of cardio but not much else over the lst 5 days, will get a workout and some HIIT tonight, and get back on track!

everything is on track, got the workouts in and kept the eating clean. Looking forward to not seeing the inside of a plane or airport for the next couple weeks...
