That's how it's described in the book. Though it does say you don't have to put all weight on one foot. I'm just trying to achieve "perfect" form.

Cholesterol isn't a bad thing - did you see the article that Q posted recently re: cholesterol and muscle building?

Hey, Jill. If I did the math right, my ratio is 4.4 (total divided by HDL?). So, I think I'm ok though still on the high side of the range. I didn't see Q's article but I'll read it. Thanks for the link.

Thanks for asking, Julie. The past couple days have been a little rough. I don't think this thyroid medicine is agreeing with me. Tuesday was uncomfortable. Last night was really tough. So, I put a call into the Doc and did not take one today. With the way I felt this morning, there was no way I could have taxed my body with a workout. I truly think I would have gotten sick if I did. I still feel it a little tonight.
So, hopefully tomorrow I'll feel back to normal and can get my workout in.
ugh.....

30 mg. I started taking it Saturday and felt nothing for the first three days. Then, Tuesday and Wednesday it hit me. I also started taking iodine (which is supposed to stimulate the thyroid, though much more subtly) and then realized it was also in my multi-vit.

I am amazed at how many times I have to shame myself into a workout. When I get started, I usually forget that I didn't want to do the workout and have a good workout.

Can I assume this means that you're feeling better on the meds?
Nice work, Tracy.

Exactly, word for word, what I was going to say. Not wanting to look like a complete dork, however, I backtracked and quoted. Much cooler this way and I get to ramble on senselessly about nothing.
