Huge changes in your face and neck, Paula! Wow!
Also side view looks a lot smaller. Great pics.

Okay I'm officially blubbering like a big old baby.
One thing that makes me want to cry about these pictures is my hair. I've lived so long with the effects of alopecia from PCOS and to see that the little gap in my hair is no longer there on the side shots just thrills me to no end.
PCOS is is just so devestating in so many ways to women who have it - hirsuitism on the chin and face, loss of hair from the scalp, infertility, the weight gain - It just really plays a mind game on the ideals of what femininity is.
and I can't believe the difference 5 months has made.

Lauren:
I'd assume a change in my hormone profile due to being healthier and cleaning up my diet. Women with PCOS have excess androgens in their system which is what causes the annovulation, hirsuitism and alopecia. (believe me PCOS is way more complicated since it also involves insulin - I know more about how hormones work on my body than most).

w00t!
(please ignore the stick up the monkey's butt, it couldn't be helped, if it's removed she'll prolly fall over... it is in no way a statement about anything, just an unfortunate stick placement)
:p
looking good.
what's the time interval? (I'm a little inattentive, so if you've said it before, I didn't notice.)

Great work Paula. You have made some amazing changes. You can tell that you have been working hard! meh, what's not to like about BSS too. I have a bittersweet relationship with several exercises. Many of them I simply love to hate. Here's to a wonderful beginning of week two for you.

Okay so since I have all this technology available to me at work, I was able to put my first picture of the year, the first challenge picture that I posted, and my most recent picture side by side.
Here's the results.

I was just looking at the side by sides... and there's a huge difference in my lower abdomen from the last set of pictures to this one. It looks like the bottom has come up a couple inches from where it was before.
