Leg work can really make your thighs hurt, can't they. Good work on it by the way, I always figure if you're feeling it in the muscles, you must be pushing yourself.

I figure anything I practice this week (My "off" week in NROL) will put me that much further ahead for next week when I start FL-1.
Of course next week I'll be doing 45 bulgarians instead of 20. but nonetheless.
Food today is shrimp and veggies all three meals - Why???because it's easy. Shrimp rings were on sale at the store last night, and the veggies were pre-cut and both sounded good!

Wow, shrimp and veggies for breakfast! That's impressive -- not sure my innards could handle seafood that early in the morning...

Switched out the second round of shrimp and veggies for an apple, some CC, some peanut butter and a few almonds.

Og
I don't think I could handle being restricted from eating or not eating something. There are things that I choose/try not to eat but I try and listen to what my body tells me it needs. This afternoon it needed GF from nuts and CC

Alan Aragon once wrote in here, "avoid food avoidance." We like that principle.

Paula, way to go on those BSSs. If you can do those, you can do anything! Keep up the good work!

BSSs are my least favorite exercise. I hate them and they are the devil.
Cosgrove must pay.

We all practice food avoidance to some degree. I would love to be able to not. But if you put ice-cream or cookies or other crap infront of me, portion control is gone. I am MUCH better off ignoring and avoiding these types of foods.
And as for TNT, I am specifically trying to lose some fat. That and I am not convinced it is a better way to eat for us in a lot of cases.

Paula, this goes so far back in you log. When the raccoons ate the tomatoes...
We had peaches, golden delicious apples, and grape vines at our house. Every day, I'd check the grapes.
About two days before they would be ripe enough to eat, the possums or raccoons would eat them all. Leaving those empty Christmas tree looking stems behind.
The birds would pec holes in the apples, just as they started to go golden.
The possums would eat 1/4 of each peach, and drop it to the ground and go for another. They were the best peaches, too.
